About Us

Objectives

The objectives of the department are to train low and medium level man power in areas of crop production and management;

To train agriculturists who will help to educate our peasant ferments on modern practices of farming with the aim of transforming the agricultural sector of the economy;
To produce agricultural personnel who could work as consultants at both National and international levels in all issues relating to upon crop production and development;
To produce agriculturists with entrepreneurial skills for self-employment in agricultural production enterprises.
